My cousin and wife divorced and now I feel like I'm not safe.
I am so sorry that you don't feel safe. I wonder if you are able to share with trusted grown up what makes you feel unsafe. I also wonder if you are able to recognize when you do feel safe and the times and the places that you do. Talking to your counselor may help you to figure these things out. We are here for you!
